About Bryn Derwen
Bryn Derwen holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring not only the Conwy Valley, but it also is a stones throw from the Snowdonia National Park and all of the coastal attractions. These include the World heritage site at Conwy Castle and the elegant and unmistakable Victorian promenade at Llandudno.
It offers self catering accommodation for up to six guest and provides the ideal base from which to explore the area. It has recently fitted kitchen diner and a good sized lounge on the ground floor with oak beams throughout. There are two double bedrooms and a third containing full sized bunk beds.
The fully fitted kitchen has an electric stove with double oven, a microwave, a larder fridge and a washing machine. There is an additional fridge freezer located in the boot room at the back of the building. In the lounge there is a wood burning stove if you are visiting during the colder months, which creates a warm and cosy area to relax in the evening. By all means make use the 32" flat screen television with it's Free-sat box and DVD player.
The enclosed lawned garden to the rear is a sheltered sun trap in which to while away an hour or two reading a good book from the selection in the lounge. You will only be disturbed by the occasional bleating from the sheep and lambs over the garden wall. There is a large lockable shed at the bottom of the garden in which you store bicycles or other equipment that you may bring along.
